Since Windows doesn't seem to have the best solution, at least not for me. You will be redirected to the eM Client website where you will need to choose between a Free and a Pro license version. So that's the Windows side, I'm currently in the works to run a dual setup of Windows and Linux and am planning to run my (main) email client on Linux.
The paid version might support that 'essential' functionality, but it's a monthly fee and it's way to expensive imo. While the Free license allows you to set up the maximum of two accounts in eM Client, it is possible to add an unlimited number of accounts with the Pro license. See the full list on our Pricing webpage. It lacks some essential functionality for me, although I'm using the free version. All our licenses are lifetime, which means they never expire, but there are a few differences in features. I'm currently trying out Mailspring for several months now and though I like it. It has always been buggy for me, but most people don't seem to have that problem. And I gave it a chance 2 or 3 times with at least a year or several years in between. And because that's important to me I started looking for another email client.Ī lot of people have always been very enthusiastic about Thunderbird, for me it always kept freezing.
I use eM client for several years now and it works great imo, but recently I saw some people say here on Reddit that it isn't the best privacy wise.
